The survivors of the Haedra massacre finally settled when their drilling stations could drill no more, between the strange magic runes inscribed in the ground, in the deepest parts of Apeiron, closest to the planet core. The migration has finally ended. Here the survivors advanced the Apeiron technology to a completely new level, experimenting with new technologies, which would never have been approved in the golden times of Apeiron. Energy was harvested from planets core with the use of gigantic “Fusion Spheres” which the Evelads had invented. Evelads had built a very well defended under dome where they practiced their advanced technology without limits. To what end, nobody really knows. Lately the cooperation with Gnosis has begun developing, although it is rumored that secret societies even deal with Haedra to procure rare materials and other minerals needed for the openings of Astral gates and teleports. Astral gates were discovered in the proximity of the planet core and bring up many questions as to the genesis and true nature of New Apeiron. When the time comes, this technology will once more change the face of Apeiron.

Haedra is the second stop where survivors who had no strength or wish to continue the migration settled. A tyrant named Fromgaard managed to take power and decided to wage war on those who wanted to continue deeper. To win the war, great factories of war were built and the complete region of Haedra was turned into a gigantic war station. The population grew to soldiers and workers. The massacre of the Evelads will never be forgotten. A small number actually made the escape to the deepest parts of Apeiron. After the “Great War”, a local civil war broke out in Haedra and Fromgaard was thrown into the eternal darkness of Deleghan pits. Other dictators were quick to succeed him. Haedra soon became a nation of slaves working in gigantic factories and mines, creating weaponry to overtake the rest of the Apeiron survivors. Haedra is more technologically advanced than Gnosis, yet nowhere near the level of sophistication of the Evelad society. Repression and poor education of Haedrans is responsible for most of the youths joining with pirates, rebels or simply working or obstructing works in the mines.

After the fall of Apeiron, Gnosis was the first refuge of the survivors. For some Gnosis was the end of the journey but for some it was the beginning of the migration, yet for some, a new home. Some areas were exposed to radiation and pollution, as it is not very deep beneath the surface of the planet. Some survivors decided to move deeper into the belly of Apeiron, but those who stayed shaped the world of Gnosis. It was not very scientific and advanced. The inhabitants were not educated or adept in using technologies, yet they lived with dignity and abode by the way of honor. People of Gnosis are returning to the ways of the nature. Some of the elders are claiming to have mystical and magical powers. The scientists of Evelad believe these “anomalies” were caused by exposure to radiation, pollution and other effects of the apocalypse. It would appear that even the Evelad skeptics believe in the paranormal powers of Gnosis elders and their honor. In the last century a great effort has been made to forge an alliance between these two peoples.

New Apeiron is the fourth planet in the binary system of Xarthas. New Apeiron was mostly desert and wastelands before the divine intervention. Arakhon the mighty God with the holy Ethereal Fire blessed the planet and choose this place to form his civilization. Rain showered, seas and oceans emerged to form a beautiful landscape. It was a favorable time to create the inhabitants on New Apeiron. Arakhon made an ultimate creation, HUMANS. Apeirans lived a comfortable life under the light of the Ethereal Flame and the benevolent eye of Arakhon. As the world prospered the demon God Loardi grew enraged and decided to mingle in the game of mortals and Gods. He waged complete annihilation to the world of Apeiron. In the years to come the survivors created three distinct underground centers of new civilization.
